   Hi,
   Quantaray is the house brand name for Ritz Camera. You have to call a Ritz Camera store. Last July someone posted the same question on CNET and someone put a jpg. copy of the manual on his photosite but he took it down after the guy downloaded it. He said he got it from Ritz camera store.

   We have a Quantaray QTB-955OU on a Canon Rebel XSi.  The flash will work on manual but not on automatic.  It will flash if you push the button on the back but it will not flash if you just take a picture.
   
   Help the flash is needed.
