   Well, you can also put it to sleep or freeze it. An alternative is to paralyze it. One of these three status changes will also help you to catch it. The first two are more effective than the third one when it comes to catching a Pokémon specie.
   
   You can use four types of PokéBalls to catch Regigigas : Dusk Balls, Ultra Balls, Timer Balls and your Master Ball. I don't advise you to use the latter one, because there are more difficult Pokémon to catch with.
   
   Now, use Dusk Balls and Ultra Balls at will and let the battle be very long (+- 40 / 50 turns or even more). Then you can use your Timer Balls (if it is still necessary) : how longer the battle lasts, the better these type of Balls become.
   
   Summary : save before starting the battle with Regigigas. Lower its HP, change its status and start throwing PokéBalls at it. Eventually you'll capture Regigigas.
