A tear in the rotator cuff is the main common reason for a shoulder pain, the best way to get this pain away is with the help of physical therapy.

The rotator cuff is a group of muscles which helps stabilize the muscles and holds the arm together with the shoulder, it acts as a socket, the Glenoid makes the arm and shoulder together.

Weakness and pain is a result of wear in the rotator cuff, Night pains are one of the most common symptoms of torn rotator cuffs.

After the treatment of rotator cuff, once your stitches have been removed, take bath in hot water it is prior to exercising. After your operations carry objects close to your body, whenever you stand straight your shoulders should be back, while sleeping you should lay on the opposite side of the operated shoulder.
