sanyo 3200 internet not working?

i purchased an unlimited data plan with the phone. cannot access web. when i called customer service they said tech support will call me later this week. is there any way to fix the settings on the phone myself?

    If you cannot access the web and you have an issue regarding sanyo 3200 internet than  you have to consult the service provider near you so that they help you how to fix this problem in a betterway instead of waisting your time by doing it yourselp.
