   Whoever else? If a boy needs the attentive care of a babysitter and he is used to be bathed by mom it isnatural that the babysitter has to wash him. Without humbug. My mom bathed me regularly up to 12yo - at least she shampooed my hair and soaped my face because she knew that I hated to wash it carefully. I cannot remember that we had ever a babysitter. But my 6yo older sister has bathed me too. It was embarrassing but it was simple natural. All in all I think it is not a problem when a 12yo boy is bathed by babysitter.
