    I am of the opinion that one should always be modest and cover themselves up. Under the age of 15 includes teenagers and older boys who are at the age of puberty. This means that their bodies are changing and should be covered up most definitely. The same actually goes for younger boys, although an infant or toddler running around naked may not ruffle as many feathers as a teen who is now sexually mature and is buck naked.
