    Panties are a modified version of underwear. Panties are usually very light and body-fitted designed to be worn only by women or girls in the area directly below the waist to cover the genital area. Panties are made up of elastic waistband, and a crotch panel that covers the genital area usually made from some sort of absorbent material like cotton. Generally a panties has either no legs or in some causes very short legs.

   
   

   So from the definition of panty it is more than clear that panties are only made for girls or for the women. So no man is supposed to wear the panties unless a dare is given to them. Panties are purely made of the girls and women so man cannot wear the panties.
