    I see no issue with this unless parameters and rules are set out in advance and that those rules are enforced. It is best that a female athlete always be accompanied by a teammate for their safety as well as that of the coach. 

   
   

   Male coaches should also only be allowed in when players are fully clothed. This is executed most effectively by setting a schedule when the coach will enter the locker room. Usually this can be immediately following a game for 15 minutes or 30 mins after the game to allow the girls to change in the mean time.
