surrendering license

hello,

we have formatted our tally server due to virus infections in the machine.

i have re-installed Tally ERP 9 but i m unable activate the license. it give me the error the license is not surrendered.

please confirm how do i surrender the license.

    16. I have formatted my machine without having surrendered my Tally.ERP 9 license. I would like to now re-activate the license. Can I surrender the license from elsewhere?



    A: Yes, you can login to the Control Centre from Tally.ERP 9 or login to your account through the website and surrender the same/site, install and re-activate the license/site again.
