   You can "upgrade" from the pre-released version of Windows 7 to full version of Windows 7.  You can only upgrade by using the Custom option, and you need to reinstall all of your applications. During this your personal data will be saved in the old folder of the Windows.

   
   

   During the process of "upgrading"  your operating system from pre-released version of Windows 7 to Windows 7 full version all of your data will move into the old folder of Windows. Your data will be safe until you do not format the hard drive.

   
   

   First you open your DVD Rome drive, and insert the Windows 7 installation disc in the DVD Rome drive. Setup will automatically appear on the screen to install Windows. Here you will press on "Install Now."
   
   Now push the button "Go online for getting the latest updates for recommended installation" option. Here Windows will start downloading new features and other important Windows updates while installing the Windows 7 on your system hard drive. It will prevent downloading and installing them after the installation.
