    I just set up my profile and signed up for the TV schedule newsletter.   I have been trying to locate where I check the 10-digit number on the Yellow 'Ticket Give-O-Way'
    Your website did no respond to searches for Ticket Give-o-Way nor Live Your Best Life Weekend.  Is this a sham just to get people to sign up for new subscriptions?

    When trying to contact your Customer Service via e-mail, it asks for my membership number.   Since I just now signed up...there was no membership number given to me yet....   This has wasted too much of my time.   I am totally frustrated with your website!   Diane Simancek
