   I recommend you email samsung and explain the problem to them. A new 32" LCD is now around $450. I was going to purchase a Panasonic 32" after reading the customers review from Best Buy. When I finally made it to Best Buy which was on sale for $399, they had sold out. After more reading I purchased a Panasonic 37". Both size had the best review from customer who bought one. Paid $549 after a price match from Fry's Electronic, normal price of $669. If you go online to Home Theater magazine you will find that Panasonic tvs are rated better than the rest. This tv is for the bedroom and I use a 50" and 58" Plasma for normal viewing of tv programs. I purchased a Plasma from Pioneer in 2002 and it is still running strong today, while my LCD purchased in 2006 is already burned out.
