I recently setup my wacom bamboo fun tablet, and the pen feature works excellently, the only problem is that the touch feature does not work. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver device, but that only created a temporary fix, as the feature stopped working mintues after the installation. Help?

I have the same problem too.  However i plugged the tablet into my gf's computer running xp and it works fine so there's something wrong with the driver or something.  I also plugged in her smaller bamboo pen & touch into my windows 7 machine and it works normally as well.  So I'm still just as confused but i know that somehow the tablet works.  I have a feeling that the reason why it doesn't work is because the driver somehow thinks the fun is actually the smaller bamboo pen $ touch.

hey all, this is a problem that I had too, but only for like five minutes...
Heck, who said you can't fix problems by pressing all the buttons. The top shortcut button should put a little gray box in the middle of your screen that either says TOUCH ON or TOUCH OFF. Make sure it's set to on. Ha, easy fix to a hard problem

I have this issue with my Bamboo Pen & Touch in windows 7 also... i removed all the drivers for the tablet and rebooted with the tablet plugged in. When windows started the tablets touch feature responded fine, however it was working only as a plug and play mouse..... once I re-installed the latest drivers the touch feature was absent yet again... VERY F&$^ING FRUSTRATING!!!
