     If this is a LG Washer..Solution. Unplug the machine. Hold the power button for 10 seconds. Plug back in. Push the power button and the washer should turn on. Walk away leaving the machine on. When I did this, I came back to find the drum light off and machine would start on command now. Good luck.

    Lg washer does it have a reset button? if so, can you tell where it is located?
