wat happens when the 5 weeks old baby squirrels always lay upside down and doesn't want 2 run.

I am worried b'couse she was very good but now she seems to be very tried and laying upside down, doesn't want 2 move.I found her on the floor after heavy rain, she was 3 weeks old and now 5 weeks. Please let me know whether she will b ok or not?
