Question:

weed leaves vs tomatoe leaves.

We have a small patio garden.  My husband planted small tomato plants a few weeks ago.  When I went out to the garden today, he has several tomato plants growing, but also 4 or 5 tall plants that are not the same leaf as the tomatoes.  He insists they are tomatoes, I say they are weeds.

The weeds have a more defined light green scalloped leaf and is pointed.  The tomatoes have rounded deep green leaves.  So, I would like to know how to tell the weed leaves from the tomato leaves.
