    Hi,
    It probably needs service, and a new thermostat. Keep in mind they are designed to keep carbon monoxide from building up in your house, that may be the reason the fan keeps blowing, it is keeping the air circulating. -7 !!!, it's 77 in sunny Florida today...to bad there is no work here, but the weather is great.
