    Div tags add much more flexibility to your site. Through the use of CSS, you can do practically anyhing with a Div. Also, Div's tend to play nicer with most browsers. However, there are some situations where a Table just works better. If you're good with CSS or want to do more with CSS, then I'd move towards using Divs over Tables.
