    Examination malpractice is a kind of an illegal conduct that is carried out by students carried out by and teachers in examination halls.
   
   The first examination malpractice in Nigeria was reported in 1914, when there was a leakage of question paper into the senior Cambridge local examination and it violates the acceptable laid down rules and regulations of institutions.
   
   The major causes of examination malpractices are:
   
   Laziness of students
   
   Large population of students in many schools
   
   Subject syllabus
   
   inadequate preparation for exams.
   
   Corrupt invigilators and supervisors
   
   Cheating in exams
   
   All these factors are also growing in our society and are rapidly increasing examination malpractice in our educational institutions.
