   The Northwest Corridor, the largest mega-urban area, is within the Atlantic Seaboard and part of the Northeast. Still, cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and others have mega-urban areas (over 10 million population) and make up the core area of the U.S.
   
   Brandon. Georgia was one of the 13 colonies and it is located in the South. All of the colonies were not in the Northeast.
