     normal procedure is like manually or step by step procedure..start from the bottom to the top..


    like in enrollment system..

    normal procedure in technical writing means that in wring such formal letter it should be done on a normal way, example: the using of margin, applying og block, semi block or full block, the proper pen and paper use and etc.
