    Hi,
    A total smartness means a lot..
    but,for u it will be,talk very nicely and with absolute confidence in ur words.
    get a good body by doing gym or yoga...(not a muscular body i mean,just straight and healthy)
    study so that no one can qest u about ur capabilities...

    and talk wen its neded..
    dont do any stupid ,unrespectable works....
