   by far anywhere you go in the world people serve pizza.....hamburgers are more north american than they are international....pizza is like a universal dish, every country makes different variations of pizza... and almost every household orders pizza like once a month....pizza is by far the most popular food in the world....i love pizza...i am a pizza face......

   i love pizza also especially when it is thin crust with lots of cheese.  Pizza has to be cooked properly if not i can't eat it.

   hmmm i don't know about the previous answer because i went to vietnam and they didn't have ANY pizza places so no pizza was ever served.  McDonalds i didn't see either.  What i did see was KFC and i know that is pretty much everywhere.  There was another place that competed with KFC and they sold beef burgers as well as copy cat chicken.  Forget the bun... forget the dough altogther.. it's the meat you pay for so KFC all the fingerlickin way
