   my togepi is a togetic and level 26!!!!!!!! you need to make your togepi happy so it can evolve
   how to:do not give it herbal medicines(like energy root and heal powder)
   do not let it die!
   and give him/her proteins(like carbos hp up and iron)

   use it in battle's. eg teach it a tm move if u want to or use metranome(doesn't really matter, but as long as it has attack moves). and battle lots of Pokemon with ur togepi until it evolves! Unless u breed it with ditto to get a new one
