    Unfortunately, it is a question that they ever will issue new tools for fighting pack. The cause for this is simple; it would have to be a free download.
   
   Map downloads work fine, because a new chart entails that can play on it, or can't join.                                                                                                                                                       Unfortunately, if they add tool for fighting DLC, we would both be running distinct ciphers in game. To simplify that up for you, it's like there's one friend going by car on the left and another on the right. Sure, either scheme would work, but when you attach them simultaneously, well, not so much.
   
   So, they are left with a couple of choices. They can divide the community in two- not a good plan. They can conceive DLC exact playlists- but who likes a cannon which they can only use in one or two game types? They can force you to get it by producing it mandatory for most playlists but then they have to run servers which only a little few of the community will use. They can force you to get it by producing it mandatory to play- but then it's vitally P2P, which they WON'T manage, not less than, not for MW2- that's the way of the future, unfortunately.
   
   Or, they can make it completely free. But can you actually glimpse them managing that? They couldn't even ascribe a usual 800 MSP for the new charts, they jacked up the price. As far as they are worried, content = PAY UP.
   
   So, regrettably, there likely won't ever be new tools for fighting, perks, or equipment.
