   Neco has posted what they may call the results of the gce 2009 today.Its now that i have realised the mischieves neco has been commiting on innocent nigerians.This is even an insult to our dear country to say only 2per cent pass neco exam in nigeria,probably their relatives,friends and connection.Well, we are only victims of circumstancise in the hands of neco officials-those dictators that allocate whatever they feel like giving you as a result of exam.Beware that God is not sleeping.Repent now.
