    FULL DISCLOSURE: I am an immigrant to Canada and have been living here since the age of 4. I think this is a fantastic country, one that has been very good to me and decent honest people that I know have had wonderful experiences here as well. 

   
   

   I went ahead and took a look for jobs as they related to immigrants as well as industries that are looking for workers in Canada. In terms of immigrants coming to Canada, in demand jobs are in the medical professional field (dentists, pharmacists, technicians) as well as with people who possess skill trades (welders, carpenters, those in construction). The nice thing about these industries are that the education and skill come from totally different areas and allow a wide range of people to come here and work hard to prosper.

   
   

   A strong grasp of English is also a big help as it will make employment and the immigration process far easier. I am suggesting jobs as that is the easiest way to come here for work.
