why are my Rapida payments returned to adsense account?

I tend to know the reason behind the cash back from Rapida to my adsense account

    Your Rapida payment will not be processed and will be returned to your AdSense account for the following reasons:
    • Business payee name - Rapida payments can only be made to individual payee names.
    • Incomplete address - Addresses must contain a street name with apartment or house number, a 6 digit post code, and region.
    • Latin characters used in any part of the payee name or address - Rapida payments can only be made to Cyrillic payee name and address.
    • Name, middle name, or surname missing - complete name must be specified and cannot be blank or abbreviated.
    • Duplicates in the address field - please only submit one valid street, post code, and region.
