Question:

why is my 5.4 triton still misfiring after complete tune up

replaced all coils, plugs, fuel & air filters. cleaned fuel rails & sensors. all new parts are motorcraft. ran fine for 3 days & now has terrible misfire. always the same cylinder. #7. had dealership look at it, they again replaced 2 coils, #7 and #4, reset the PCM, ran fine 1 day now engine light is back on and the truck runs like crud. what's next???
