hi im 29 and i want to know if i walk fast half way of 2.4 kms then jog the other half of 2.4 kms 30mins a day 7days a week plus do as many push-ups as i can plus eat sunflower seeds during the day and each morning eat a bowl of rasin bran and at lunch plain oatmeal and for dinner something healthy will i lose weight fast? im 182lbs and iv been doing this for 3weeks now.

exercise is best for this and also manage your food eating roten like you may have to leave dinner and just eat one cocomber daily and in early morning take one cup of green tea before breakfast and also leave sweets .
Yes exercise is best in this case but you need to do some thing extra coz you just mentioned that you walk 2.4 km to your job along with push-ups still you have got wait. So I think the most suitable exercise for you is swimming and you should reduce your diet slightly from what you are currently having. Or divide or diet in protion when you feel hungry have a small pack of lunch and there will be a chane in your shape for sure.
