Question:

won't turn on. no power, not lights no clock

Only the timer function was being used to alert us when the cookies in the over would be done. suddenly it went totally off and won't turn back on. There is good power coming from the outlet it is plugged into. Any suggestions would be great.

Hi,
my laptop started doing this too, after a year and a half of service as well. Took it to Geek Squad- they ran the diagnostic tests & said it was the motherboard. I didn't have the money to pay for it that day so I took it home, didn't touch it, & returned two months later to have it repaired. It turned on then and was working fine, two days later it was off again. Now I can get it to work maybe once every 3 weeks.
