   Hi,
   
   Unplug the Unit for Few Minutes, say 30 minutes and then Turn it ON. Do you see any Error Code. If not, we need to retrieve the Error Code. Follow the below Procedure and let me know the Error Code that you would get on the Display Screen :-
   
   Turn the selector k**b off.
   
   press and hold the start/pause and the button next to it.
   
   Keep them held in and turn the k**b 1 click clockwise
   
   keep the buttons pressed in till the lights start to flash then release them.
   
   then turn the k**b 9 clicks clock wise.
   
   now the end light and start light will be flashing. count the flashes from both of them in between the pause and let me know start with the end light first,
   
   then turn k**b off then on then back off again.
   
   Let me know, so that we could proceed.
