   blackberry is currently supported by mobilink and ufone in Pakistan. for that you need to activate blackberry account from respective carrier first. you will be charged monthly fee plus internet usage charges based on no of megabytes you consume. i would recommend you to visit franchise of any of these carriers and ask them for information regarding blackberry usage.
