1999 Dodge Neon Timing Help

Bought 99 Dodge Neon Sport 2.0L DOHC & the timing belt broke. Replaced head, timing belt (double checked timing marks) but still won't start! Have taken apart & put back together MANY times. It cranks over but will not start. What am I doing wrong or what else can I do/need to do?

    try to check if u have the ground connect that might be it

    if ground connection is good, check cam sensor.
