When I try to start my car, it turns over slow and just when I think it's running out of juice to turn over it starts up and works fine.  I recently noticed that the air conditioning is not working either and when it turns on the radio shows an error message on the display screen.  What are the possible problems with the car?

    Concerning a 2000 Chevy Cavalier
    I try to start the car, but it just keeps clicking. The starter wont turn.The battery is in great shape. Could this be a starter relay problem?
