    Monster of Loch Ness, or more affectionately known as Nessie, is a legendary animal which lives in the depths of Loch Ness, a lake in the Highlands of northern Scotland. The Loch Ness monster is said to lurk in its deep waters.
   
   This Monster legend is said to have started with an account of Saint Columba, in 565 A.D rescuing a swimmer from a lake creature and from then on stories of such a creature emerged periodically The circus owner Bertram Mills offered a £20,000 reward to anyone who could capture the monster for his circus, but so far no one has claimed the reward and the existence of 'Nessie' remains to be proved.
