I think study in Singapore is good, but I don't know what to do. I don't want to leave my family and the one I promise not to leave is my best friend. Currently my question is on Alumni News of NUS Singapore organizations & overseas universities

    The NUS Alumni Office believes in maintaining a global network and often hosts delegates from overseas universities, whilst sharing best practices and ideas. On 12 October 2010, Mr Lo Tuck Leong, Deputy Director, NUS Alumni Office, hosted a visit by Mr Nicholas Offord, President of The Offord Group, and Dr Daniel McDiarmid, Principal Consultant of Global Philanthropic. During the meeting, the NUS Alumni Office shared with the visitors how we work with the NUS Development Office in cultivating our alumni.On 8 October 2010, visitors from the University of Cambridge visited the NUS Alumni Office. Ms Nathalie Walker, Head, Alumni Relations, and Mr Clare Birch, Associate Director, International, were hosted by Mr Lo Tuck Leong, Deputy Director, NUS Alumni Office, as well as staff of the NUS Office of the President and NUS Development Office. Discussions were held on alumni engagement, faculty and student engagement and engaging alumni through overseas alumni chapters. Ms Raffaela Arena-Cairney, Manager, Alumni Relations and Ms Kathryn Moloney, Alumni Programs Coordinator from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology visited the Shaw Foundation Alumni House on 21 Sept and were very impressed by the exhibits at the Waterway. Information exchange were focused on alumni engagement and overseas alumni chapters. Ms Melanie Roome, Alumni & Development Manager, University of Tasmania, visited the Shaw Foundation Alumni House this morning and was very impressed by the exhibits at the Waterway. Besides alumni programmes, we also touched on the overseas alumni chapters which she was particularly interested in.
    Ms Hannah Bone, Development Manager, University of Technology, Sydney visited the NUS Alumni Office at the Shaw Foundation Alumni House on 12 July. She was impressed by the exhibits at The Waterway and the various programmes that the NUS Alumni Office organises in engaging alumni.
