    I make really nice banana cakes and my easypeasy banana cake recipe is; In large bowl, beat flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt, baking soda, mashed ripe bananas, buttermilk, soft butter and chopped nuts at low speed for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and beat the paste 2 more minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
