Can I cancel incorrect account number entry in BOQ Pay Anyone?

I need to know if I can correct the account number of my Pay Anyone payment account.

    If your payment has not been processed you can modify the account number. Though there is no facility for the Bank to reverse a Pay Anyone payment or a Multi Payment after a receipt has been issued to the customer making the request.
