Can i get admission in HBTI,kanpur when my BCAF(obc n armd forces) rank cums out to be 344 ??

My general rank(GE) in UPTU-SEE is 30,000..n my OBC rank is 8000..i also have an armed forces quota(AF) thru wich my rank iz 953!! Now my BCAF rank cums out 2 b 344!Can i get admission in HBTI,kanpur?
