Do I need to replace the battery in my 2004 dodge durango?

My 2004 Dodge Durango was running fine on Monday when I parked it. My wife went out to drive it and the dash light flash off and on when she turns to key. It does not try to start, the started does not turn over. So......sound like it is time for a new battery?
