Question:

Can only operate a keyless quickset power bolt from the outside.

Will not allow you to lock from the inside with the thumb level.  Works okday from the outside or with a key from the outside.  The dead bolt will not move from the inside.

    Will not allow you to lock from the inside with the thumb level.  Tried hard reset several time with negative results.
