I like Jeanette The Chipette because she is not mean and sassy like her older sister Brittany and she is not fat and asks for food everytime unlike her little sister Eleanore I am Jeanette Miller's #1 Fan!!!

    Hi There,
    The Chipettes are a fictional group of anthropomorphic chipmunk singers first appearing on the cartoon series Alvin and the Chipmunks in 1983. In this cartoon and related materials, the Chipettes served as female featured characters in their own right, starring in several episodes in which their male counterparts did not appear. The title of the show was changed from Alvin and the Chipmunks to simply The Chipmunks in 1988 to reflect this reality. In the cartoon series and the accompanying feature films, all of the Chipettes were voiced by their creator, Janice Karman, wife of Ross Bagdasarian, Jr., son of Ross Bagdasarian, Sr., originator of The Chipmunks. Karman also wrote and voiced the Chipettes' dialogue on all of their studio albums, while studio singers such as Susan Boyd, Shelby Daniel, and Katherine Coon provided their singing voices. In the Japanese language version of the feature film The Chipmunk Adventure, the voices for the Chipettes are provided by Mayumi Suzuki, Mika Doi and Ikue Ōtani.

    The first character designs for the Chipettes were drafted by Corny Cole for their 1983 debut. These were later revamped by Sandra Berez for The Chipmunk Adventure and the later seasons of the show.

    While I very much love Jeanette as well, I have to correct you on something... while Eleanor's not exactly as thin as her sisters, she's not a glutton either, as a matter of fact, she probably spends more time playing sports than she does cooking/eating, but a lot of people tend to overlook that, as she's paired with Theodore, and we all know Theodore loves to eat.

    i like jeanette because she is so cute and she is not into fasion.she is more of the smart one of the group sometimes she is clumsy.but she is in love with someone called simon and another thing about them is that they are a cute couple because the wear glasses and that is what i find cute.

    I love Jeanette! She's the greatest Chipette there is. She's smart, shy, sweet, clumsy, nice, talented and very unique! She's nothing like Brittany. She's not mean, greedy,selfish, vain, and just thinks about herself. Eleanor is okay, I guess. But Jeanette is my Chipette! Alvin is my favorite Chipmunk!

    Unlike bold Brittany, she has a thoughtfull civility.
    She has patience and grace,and it shows upon her face.
    While sweet Eleanore is active and stout; you will find Jeanette stumbling about. With her head in the clouds so deep in thought, she trip on a crack. wise Simon will catch her, as she falls back! To say that we like her, is putting it weak! We love Jeanette! The gentle and meek!

    i looooooove Jeanette. She is so like me,and i am sooo mad she wasnt included much in the second movie, because she is just shy. And also, whoever developed the charachter Brittany in the second movie did NOT do a good job, because she is way more mean, bossy, vain, and more of a control freak. she would have been happy to take the spotlight and leave her sisters in the back, for a while, at least. as soon as alvin would have made her see sense. Elanore was great, but Jeanette could have talked wayyyyyyy more. I am so mad she didnt get to interact with Simon at ALL.

    I love Jeanette too, but seriously, you obviously haven't watched a lot of Alvin and The Chipmunks, especially episodes featuring The Chipettes, because Eleanor does NOT always ask for food and is NOT really fat: people who are mostly casual fans, or don't even really watch often have that misconception simply because she's Theodore's counterpart, but she's quite a contrast to Theodore, because she spends a lot of time playing sports, especially soccer (once even trying to join Alvin's soccer team, but he kept turning her down because he didn't want a girl on his team), so she's not fat, she's just built up more muscle than her sisters, because she's more physically active than they are. She DOES cook and bake occasionally, but nowhere near as much as Theodore does. She's my second favorite.


    But again, I do love Jeanette, she's a doll, lol.
