Duplicate Facebook site, or login no longer working.

I am trying to resolve a problem with a Facebook login that has me stumped.  Our Facebook page looks normal when viewed under any other Facebook UserID, but when we login with the pages UserID we see a basically empty page the only lists an empty Facebook page with no Profile setup.  Has anyone any idea what might be going on here?
