Sir this is  regarding my phone Nokia E63 IMEI No. 351502045177532 M-Black, Billing date 3.4.2010.
The problem in this mobile is that network is not coming. This mobile is under warranty. I went Sheetla Wll opp sec 14 old delhi road near Airforce school Gurgaon dated 1.9.2010 and I showed my mobile to Sheetla Wll Nokia care. Sheetla wll Nokia care told me to leave the mobile there itself for next 10 days as they have to send it to Nokia factory in order to check the issue or repair it.

I left my mobile with them for which they provided me a service job sheet no. 115433527/100901/86.. After 10 days sheetla wll nokia care called me and asked me to collect my mobile. I went there on 14.9.2010 to collect my mobile, but sheetla wll nokia care was giving me another used mobile/old mobile which was not mine. They were forcing me to accept this mobile against my own mobile. I refuse to accept this mobile, Then sheetla wll told me that my mobile cannot be repaired that is why we are giving this mobile. So I told them  that I want my own mobile, if you are giving me another mobile ,then replace it with new seal packed mobile otherwise you can return my mobile cost. But I cannot receive the used and old mobile.The Representative of  sheetla wll nokia care who was the manager used abusive language and started arguing that the mobile they are providing is new only, which I could not believe  because it has scratches on the screen & body of the mobile and my mobile was new.

I simply want either you give me my own mobile back but repaired without any fault (which is my first preference) or give me a new mobile which should be packed or return me my money.
