   Hi there....there are some suggestions for you to come out of the loneliness and depression you are in. First of all what you can do is that you need to relax yourself and dont indulge in the factors which you think can make you feel lonely or depressed.......plus try to talk to the person who is very close to you and share with them what you think and try to involve yourself in some activities which can keep you away from this sad period.......listen to some good music as well.
