Flashing "D4" on dashboard

changed throttle body because shop tested it and said it was the throttle position sensor and still it wont stop flashing in D4 and it will not shift it is always in D4 unless i go to 2nd

    Hi,
    It looks like you lost your overdrive.  I have actually never heard of D4 flashing as an indicator.  Usually drivers will notice that the tranny does not shift into the higher gear.  If you notice this problem, then you can either wait until you need a full rebuild...or get it repaired now.
