I am a house wife from pakistan and my name is seema bhatti  i want to enter this lottery but i dont have money to give or pay. I want to say that i cant pay money because of some financial reasons please tell me that can i enter without paying any money?

    No you cant,but you maybe can ask them If you can pay them later,or ask your husband If he can give some money.I know its hard these days to find a good paying job,for finance.
