Free checked baggage is permissible by Air India as part of weight system?

Can someone tell me that free checked baggage is permissible by Air India as part of weight system? If someone knows about it please let me know.

    The following baggage allowances by Air India are permitted free of charge as per of the weight system.
    First Class                 40 Kilos.
    Executive Class          30 Kilos.
    Economy Class           20 Kilos. (for all type of Aircrafts excluding ATR's & Beach Crafts)
                                       15 Kilos(Flights operated by ATR's)
                                       10 Kilos(Flights operated by Beach Craft)

    Infants are allowed 10kgs (excluding ATR's & Beach Crafts) checked in baggage but are not entitled to a seat.
    One checked or carried collapsible stroller or carrycot or bassinet or car seat for infant can be carried in the passenger cabin subject to availability of space.
    Child fare passengers are entitled to the same baggage allowance by Air India as adults.
