Please tell me how to get past the email/ sign up bit on IMVU! I entered everything but it is saying it cant process me! I really want to go on it. Please help soon!

k i try to get on imvu but i make my avatar and it says IMVU was unable to process your requset?
go to the othe i need help website for imvu i have same problem ittle tell u alot and if u do get it plzz tell me from the other i need help for imvu website kk
It say i got that error stuff and that my internet connection is bad But i checked my internet connection and i got perfect connection... and imvu isnt havin one if those "techincal difficulties" in that way nobody would be able to get on...
i log off imvu just for a minute yesterday and now when i try to log in it says that the imvu server can not be reached. thenit says the error code 10013 and ya. i go on imvu.com and i can log in there but on the downloaded version it wont let me log in or do anything. i have tried deleting it, and redownloading it, fixing my firewall, and restarting my computar plzzz help me i need to get on badddd !!!!! HELP
i cant get imvu i tryed to make a avatar but it wont let me i haved tryed 10 times and it wont let me go trough
omg every time i try to log onto to my imvu account it will say imvu has an error please notify imvu but i caant go onto my webpage just fine like dude whats up with that why does imvu always have so many issues i have comcast xfinity internet and one day my cabale was messing up and soon after so was the computer then after that this imvu stuff started to happen.
